Medicinal Whiskey Charity is humbled to present the Love for Lenny Sweepstakes to help Jess and Garrett Chronowski establish the Love from Lenny Foundation, which will support families dealing with pediatric cancer in honor of their courageous daughter, Lenny. This is truly a one of a kind sweepstakes that offers an exclusive Eagle Rare private barrel pick experience for 6 people on Thursday December 11, 2025, complete with an overnight stay at the Stagg Lodge and 120 bottles from the barrel that is picked. Another winner will receive a bottle of the highly coveted O.F.C., Vintage 2006. So please join us in our support of this amazing cause. Good luck to all!
Their story:
Our daughter, Lenny, was just 23 months old when she was diagnosed with cancer. She fought with incredible bravery until June 27th, 2025, when she left this world far too soon. Because of your love and generosity, Love for Lenny is now becoming a foundation in her honor — to support families facing childhood cancer and to keep Lenny’s light shining. Thank you for standing with us then, and for helping us carry her love forward now.
Meet Lenny — Our Brave Little Fighter
Lenny was just 23 months old — a bright-eyed, giggly, curious little girl who adored playing outside, anything Elmo, and filling every space with her laughter. In April 2025, our world was turned upside down when she was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive cancer. She faced it with unimaginable strength. Through chemotherapy, surgeries, and setbacks no child should endure, Lenny inspired us all with her resilience and radiant spirit. On June 27th, 2025, after the bravest fight, we had to say goodbye to our sweet girl. While our hearts are forever broken, her story doesn’t end here. Because of the outpouring of love, generosity, and encouragement we’ve received from this community, we are continuing Love from Lenny as a foundation in her honor. Our mission is to support families facing childhood cancer, to spread joy the way Lenny did, and to ensure her light continues to shine in this world. We cannot thank you enough for what you’ve already given. Your donations not only helped us through the hardest days of our lives, but they are now planting the seeds of something bigger — a legacy of love, hope, and compassion in Lenny’s name.
As we move forward, contributions will go directly toward building the Love from Lenny Foundation: funding support for families in treatment, creating moments of joy for children in hospitals, and raising awareness for pediatric cancer.
Thank you for standing with us, for believing in Lenny, and for helping us carry her light forward.
With endless gratitude,
Jess and Garrett (Lenny’s parents)

IN MEMORIAM:
EVEN KULSVEEN
It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of bourbon legend Even Kulsveen. A true steward of Kentucky’s bourbon heritage, Even’s vision, leadership, and unwavering commitment to craftsmanship helped shape the very fabric of the whiskey community we love today. His legacy extends far beyond the barrels—touching the lives of family, friends, and countless enthusiasts who were inspired by his dedication and generosity. Medicinal Whiskey Charity grieves alongside the bourbon world and extends our deepest condolences to Even’s family and loved ones. We honor his remarkable life and the indelible mark he leaves on all of us who raise a glass in appreciation of his work.
In tribute to Even’s memory, Medicinal Whiskey Charity will be accepting donations and contributions from friends, family, and supporters. These gifts will not only honor his legacy but also continue the spirit of generosity and fellowship that Even embodied throughout his life. Willett Distillery has been a steadfast supporter of our charity, and the barrels and experiences donated have helped us raise over 1 million dollars for UK Healthcare and the Kentucky Children's Hospital. We promise that every dollar donated will continue to go to philanthropic health causes in the state of Kentucky.
We invite you to join us in celebrating his story, his craft, and his impact. Every contribution—large or small—serves as a testament to the enduring influence of a man who gave so much to bourbon and to the people around him.
On behalf of the Admin Team and all of the partners and supporters of Medicinal Whiskey Charity, we thank you for your kindness, support, and for helping us carry forward the legacy of Even Kulsveen. May his memory be a blessing, and may we continue to be inspired by his example.
4th Annual Medicinal Whiskey Charity Winter Gala
Friday December 12, 2025
The Carrick House Lexington, KY
Big day at the James B Beam Distilling Co as the Medicinal Whiskey Charity barrel selection team chooses a barrel for the Gala to raise funds for UK transplant clinic with 7th generation master distiller Fred Noe.
Not only have the previous three MWC Winter Galas raised over 1 million dollars for the University of Kentucky organ transplant program and Kentucky Children’s Hospital, they have been the social event of the holiday season for whiskey enthusiasts.
Thanks again to Fred Noe and the James B Beam Distilling Co. who once again have donated an incredible barrel to benefit the UK transplant program. We are honored to have chosen the oldest ever cask strength single barrel Knob Creek to be bottled, a 121 proof 12 year old from the 2nd floor of Warehouse G 1st tier of the 19th rick.
Also thanks to Drew and Janelle Kulsveen and Willett Distillery, who have now donated 6 barrels to benefit Kentucky Children’s Hospital. This year, we are incredibly honored to have both a Willett Family Estate 14 year old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey and a Willett Family Estate 11 year old Rye Whiskey.
VIP dinner and tasting tickets, as well as general admission tickets for the dance party with Vinyl Richie are available for purchase now at the link below.
